Our Mission

“For Lands of Hope, Dreams, and New Value”

Our social mission is to transform the wilderness into a land of new value filled with hope and dreams. We have drawn out the full potential of the infinite nature and have created new systems that support our lives.

Our challenge

Joint Development of "Unmanned Construction”

In civil engineering and construction, "safety" is of utmost importance. To achieve a higher level of safety, we have been promoting "unmanned construction." We and a construction equipment manufacturer developed radio-controlled construction machinery jointly. Operators can operate them from a remote location, resulting in avoiding the danger of landslide disaster. As a pioneer in this field, one of our employees received the “Construction Meisters” secondly in Japan. In recent years, we have also been focusing on "computerized construction” using information and Communication Technology(ICT) of surveying equipment manufacturers. "Computerized construction" enables more efficient and precise management of construction and maintenance.

Our unmanned construction experience

Under Development of "Automated Driving Technology”

Automated driving technology is under development at Kajima Corporation's Seisho Experimental Field (Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture). Unlike remote unmanned operations performed by a piece of radio-controlled equipment, ”automated driving technology” is that a person gives work instructions on a tablet device, and multiple construction machines make decisions autonomously. Navigation Satellite Systems (GPS), measurement and, control devices are installed on the construction equipment to implement automated driving. The automated driving of construction machinery can improve safety and downsize staff.

Apply Drones in Construction Field

In pursuit of high-precision construction and improved productivity, we use UAV drones *1 to perform an analytical measurements. At all sites, we regularly conduct UAV drone analytical measurement by dividing staff into a photography team and an analysis team to rationalize the works and downsize staff. To build CIM *2 that integrated each process of design, construction and management into a single process, we feed back the analyzed data quickly, which applies to create construction plans, to manage the monthly soil volume, and to grasp the progress during construction.

Regional Disaster Prevention Agreement with Fukushima Ward (Osaka)

In 2015, we conducted a "regional disaster prevention agreement" with Fukushima Ward, where our head office located. We will be responsible for the operation of heavy construction machinery in the case of the Nankai Trough and other major disasters.

CASE OF WORK?

Construction cases

We have been working on several construction projects in Miyagi, Iwate and, Fukushima prefectures, which were severely damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake. We also use large heavy construction machinery at the sites of dam construction as well as large-scale highway and land developments.
