General Employment Action Plan

To create a comfortable working environment for all employees, where they can fully demonstrate their abilities and balance work and childcare, we are making the followings known to all employees and promoting the usage thereof;

a) maternity leave before and after childbirth under the Labor Standards Act

b) child and family care leave under the Child Care and Family Care Leave Act

c) child care benefits under the Employment Insurance

d) maternity allowance under the Social Insurance

e) exemption of social insurance premiums during maternity and childcare leave
